2. What this website is

This is our corporate website. It presents our company, our services and the retail brands we operate. Consumer purchases do not happen here: our stores (UmbraMoto, SourceMoto) sell under their own terms, shown on those stores. Anything on this site about sourcing or wholesale is an invitation to make an enquiry, not an offer to sell.

3. Using this website

  • You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misrepresent your identity to us.
  • You agree that enquiries you send through our forms are accurate to the best of your knowledge and are not spam or unlawful content.

4. Quotations and orders

  • Quotations we issue in response to an enquiry are valid for 14 days unless the quotation states otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
  • A contract arises only when we confirm your order in writing. Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude import duties and local taxes in your country.
  • Delivery estimates are honest forecasts, not guarantees; stated lead times begin at order confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this website belong to us or our licensors. Photographs of products are used to illustrate genuinely offered goods; third-party brand names remain the property of their owners.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, we provide this website "as is" and our liability arising from your use of it is limited to £100. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.
