1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Enquiries — the details you send through our contact form or by email: name, email address, company, country and your message, so that we can answer you.
• Security checks — form submissions pass a Cloudflare Turnstile human-verification check; technical data needed for that check is processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
• Server logs — standard technical logs kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no cookies, and we run no advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you — answering your enquiry (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
• Legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share only the minimum necessary data with infrastructure processors (site and email delivery, currently Cloudflare and Google for mail forwarding). Our operations span multiple countries, including outside the UK/EEA; where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@telesourcehub.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
